When people think fitness, they probably think of the standard offerings in most gyms. Free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, and your standard classes such as yoga and cardio training. This is, and has been the standard for a couple of decades. The truth is, fitness, as an industry is still relatively young and has only started to find its way into the mainstream. Health is the new wealth, is a theme that many people are starting to believe and exercise with a more healthy lifestyle is becoming commonplace amongst most households.

The exciting part about the fitness industry is that we have a long way to go. There are new and innovative training methods and dietary findings that are helping people achieve their fitness goals. In the last couple years we have seen an explosion of new training methods, such as CrossFit, Ninja Warrior Traning, Aerial Yoga, and many other innovative training styles. We believe that variety and innovation will continue to drive fitness forward and it’s why we’ve committed to offering a space for innovation within KONDITION.

KONDITION LAB is a collaborative space, where fitness instructors can design, develop and refine new and innovative classes in a world class gym setting. The space is dedicated to instructors who are pushing the limits of fitness and creating new techniques, classes and content to offer their clients. By giving fitness instructors a safe and open environment to create, we know that the type and diversity of classes that are offered will continue to amplify the goals we set for our members.
