Embark on an engaging 8-week journey, designed for kids (ages 7-10) OR teens (ages 11-13), meeting once a week. Each dynamic 45-minute session will guide kids or teens through a diverse range of yoga poses and activities, fostering improvements in strength, balance, and coordination. The series places a strong emphasis on enhancing focus, building confidence, and cultivating body awareness.

Throughout the classes, participants will delve into mindfulness and breathing techniques, empowering them to calm and regulate their nervous systems. This holistic approach not only deepens the connection between mind and body but also equips children with valuable tools and techniques for daily use. Join us in this enriching experience where these kids and teens not only develop physically but also gain skills to promote well-being in their everyday lives.
