Join us Sunday, February 25th from 2-4pm for a two hour Partner Yoga workshop that weaves vinyasa flow and partnered poses to enhance your yoga practice and your connection with others. In partner yoga, you’ll experience a variety of poses, some designed to deepen your stretches, while others focus on enhancing balance and connection. Gain a deeper understanding of postures through breath, communication, trust, and play and develop sensitivity to one another’s flexibility, strength, and power. You and your partner will help each other to relax physical, mental, and emotional tensions in a safe and welcoming environment .

All partnerships are welcome and no yoga experience is necessary, so grab your favorite person
– your significant other, neighbor, bestie, whoever! – and join the fun!

Embark on an engaging 8-week journey, designed for kids (ages 7-10) OR teens (ages 11-13), meeting once a week. Each dynamic 45-minute session will guide kids or teens through a diverse range of yoga poses and activities, fostering improvements in strength, balance, and coordination. The series places a strong emphasis on enhancing focus, building confidence, and cultivating body awareness.

Throughout the classes, participants will delve into mindfulness and breathing techniques, empowering them to calm and regulate their nervous systems. This holistic approach not only deepens the connection between mind and body but also equips children with valuable tools and techniques for daily use. Join us in this enriching experience where these kids and teens not only develop physically but also gain skills to promote well-being in their everyday lives.
