Whether you’re dreaming of leading classes, expanding your coaching toolkit, or simply deepening your personal practice, our 110-Hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training is designed to help you build a strong foundation in classical principles while embracing the versatility of modern movement.
Led by Jenna Stephens, a classically trained Pilates expert with 1,000+ hours of education in Classical and Contemporary Pilates, Reformer, Mat, and Pre/Postnatal Pilates, this immersive program blends technical expertise with practical teaching experience. Jenna has educated and mentored countless instructors through teacher trainings in Pilates, Barre, Strength, Cycle, and more—but Mat Pilates has always been her greatest passion.
Throughout the program, you’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of Pilates methodology, movement mechanics, class design, cueing, modifications, and hands-on teaching skills in a supportive, mentorship-based environment.

This immersive training is designed to equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and teaching skills to lead safe, effective, and inspiring traditional Mat Pilates classes. While this program does not include a nationally recognized certification credential, it provides a comprehensive education rooted in proven Pilates principles and practical teaching experience.
