Align & Refine: Functional alignment in Breath, Posture & Flow
- Dial in the details that make all the difference. This 2-hour workshop is designed to help you move smarter, not harder, by exploring functional alignment through breath, posture, and fluid transitions.

Arm Balancing 101: Build Strength & Courage to Fly
- Ready to get a little lift? This workshop breaks down the foundations of arm balancing in a way that’s approachable, empowering, and fun. You’ll build the strength, stability, and body awareness needed to explore poses like Crow and beyond, while learning how to safely enter, hold, and (yes) fall out of these shapes.

Meditation for Loud Brains & Busy Bodies: Tools for Finding Stillness
- If sitting still feels like the hardest part, this workshop is for you. Designed for active minds and restless bodies, we’ll explore a variety of meditation techniques—from breathwork and guided visualization to movement-based and sensory practices—to help you discover what actually works for you.
